We present this house located in the residential area of Monte Pedreguer. The house is prepared for people with reduced mobility, since it has an elevator from the garage and the ground floor is fully prepared to be able to move in a wheelchair.The house consists of two floors. Each of them is an independent house.On the ground floor we have a house composed of a large living room, which gives us access to the large terrace with panoramic views, kitchen, a very large double room and a large bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility.On the upper floor we have a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large terrace of about 20 m2.Outside we have a large sunny terrace with swimming pool, several storage rooms with exterior access and a large garage with closed door and access to the elevator that takes us to the ground floor.The house has gas heating and air conditioning.
